Marketing/PR: huge niche targeted email list, very cool posters touting event venue distributed by Roller Blade, postcards distributed by designers and performers, listings in calendars in Chronicle, Tribeza, Statedman, AustinMama.com, Parent:Wise, Mr. Johnny’s Weekend Events, Craig’s List, Austin Woman, announcements on each designer’s website, lots of word-of mouth. 20+ designers, products and price points – our focus is on establishing a “cool tableau” of locally made inventory and selling it by way of the website and producing and participating in a variety of retail and wholesale shows. Also, if you do Google searches on Coo de Tot, GaGaMondo, Ramonster, Katey Gilligan and Christina Campbell you’ll see that we’re all over the place balancing art, commerce, and socially conscious businesses.
